Miley Cyrus admits to smoking weed, Kelly Osbourne says it was a joke

Former Hanna Montana star Miley Cyrus admits to smoking weed, saying at her birthday party that she was a stoner. After the new made the headlines, friend Kelly Osbourne jumps into her defense explaining that it was a joke.

Miley Cyrus celebrated her 19th birthday at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Her friend, famous Kelly Osbourne threw her a private birthday party at Beacher’s Madhouse. In a video obtained by the Daily, which was recorded at the bash, Miley appears to admit that she smokes marijuana. Looking at her birthday cake, which was in the shape of Bob Marley (is there a celebrity most known for smoking weed than the Jamaican late musician?), Miley says it’s amazing and ads: “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a ‘Bob Miley’ cake. You know you smoke way too much f––ing weed.”
Osbourne continues on the subject, in a very “party-girl” manner, taking the mic and telling Cyrus: “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley.”
When the web burst into flames over the “Miley the weed-smoker” news, the two girls wanted to set the record straight. Kelly Osbourne explains that the insinuating confirmation of Miley smoking marijuana was not a confirmation at all. It was actually a joke they had started a while ago.
“@MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!” She then lets us understand that it was a friend of Miley’s who taped the joke, with the intentional purpose of hurting her. “It makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not”, Osbourne added.
Miley was very sorry about the incident, calling the joke “a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for.”
