7 years ago, the renowned runner James Thomas, stopped smoking to have a healthy body and achieve his goal to become a successful runner. He even said: “I never really smoked much, but I did always enjoy it.”

However, after quitting cigarette for years, Thomas went back to smoke earlier this year but, this is not the usual smoking that you‘re thinking of.
